Sponsor both HANYS Annual Membership Conference and HTNYS’ Annual Trustee Conference for a discounted price of $8,500!
Sponsors receive:
- company logo with hyperlink displayed on the event webpage;
- company listing on the event app (includes company description, logo, contact information and a link to the company website);
- logo on event signage;
- copy of attendee list including attendee name, title, organization and mailing address (to be shared one to two weeks prior to the event);
- two complimentary registrations to the sponsored event;
- pull-up banner (provided by sponsor) displayed at the event;
- company recognition on sponsor thank you slide;
- verbal recognition during opening remarks;
- company recognition on HANYS’ social media;
- one-year complimentary subscription to HANYS News for one company representative (HANYS Annual sponsors: subscription to run May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027; Trustee Annual sponsors: Aug. 7, 2026 through Aug. 27, 2027) ($550 value); and
- sponsor logo on event promotion emails (beginning with first available promotion one week after receipt of logo and signed sponsorship agreement).

Sponsorship includes one six-foot clothed table, special recognition on the event website and conference app and signage at the reception. - Pre-session video message | $2,000 | Limited to two opportunities
Grab attendees’ attention with a video message. Sponsor may submit one 30-second video to be introduced by HANYS staff and played before a general session on one of the conference days (session to be chosen by HANYS). Video must be finalized and approved by HANYS one month before the sponsored event. - Welcome cocktail reception bar | $2,500 | Exclusive, one opportunity
Welcome attendees to the conference by sponsoring our welcome reception bar. This exclusive opportunity includes sponsor-branded cocktail napkins, special recognition in the conference app with a push notification to all attendees, signage throughout the reception and a signature drink named after the sponsor. - App banner ad | $500 | Limited to five opportunities
Stand out with a scrolling banner ad in the conference app which all attendees must access to check-in, ask questions throughout the event and access session material. Ad is to be designed by the sponsor (HANYS approval required) and will hyperlink to the sponsor’s website or URL of choice. - Golf outing | $750
Tee off our event with a sponsorship of HANYS’ annual golf outing. Join HANYS members to round out a foursome and network. Outing sponsorship includes 18 holes of championship golf, golf cart with GPS and use of practice facility. Your logo will be prominently displayed on the event website, conference app and each golfer’s box lunch. You also have the opportunity to share a giveaway with golfers in each box (provided by sponsor, HANYS approval required).
