Sponsorship application for HTNYS’ Annual Trustee Conference

Standard package
HTNYS’ Annual Trustee Conference | $5,000

Sponsors who purchase a standard package for $5,000 are eligible to add on from a selection of limited opportunities.
Display table | $2,000 | Limited to 10 opportunities

Take advantage of this limited opportunity to promote your organization near all sessions and meals the first day of the conference. Sponsorship includes one six-foot clothed table and special recognition on the event website and conference app.
Pre-session video message | $2,000 | Limited to two opportunities

Grab attendees’ attention with a video message. Sponsor may submit one 30-second video to be introduced by HANYS staff and played before a general session on one of the conference days (session to be chosen by HANYS). Video must be finalized and approved by HANYS one month before the sponsored event.
Welcome cocktail reception bar | $2,500 | Exclusive, one opportunity

Welcome attendees to the conference by sponsoring our welcome reception bar. This exclusive opportunity includes sponsor-branded cocktail napkins, special recognition in the conference app with a push notification to all attendees, signage throughout the reception and a signature drink named after the sponsor.
App banner ad | $500 | Limited to five opportunities

Stand out with a scrolling banner ad in the conference app which all attendees must access to check-in, ask questions throughout the event and access session material. Ad is to be designed by the sponsor (HANYS approval required) and will hyperlink to the sponsor’s website or URL of choice.

Organization Description

Please provide a brief description of the products and/or services your organization provides. Your company description will be published in the mobile event app, where applicable. HANYS reserves the right to edit copy submitted.

What to expect

A confirmation of receipt will be sent to you within 24 hours of your application submission. Upon approval by the HANYS Sponsorship Committee, we will contact you to finalize the details of your sponsorship selection. A letter of agreement outlining your benefits, deadlines and other details will follow.

Applications must be submitted at least 30 days before the event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 30 days of the sponsored event. Depending on when your application is submitted and approved, some benefits may no longer be available.
